I started riding around 4 years ago at a stable called Southern Pines. I rode many of the horses there and was very proud when I first trotted on a horse named Scooter. I rode there on and off for about 1 year and a half. The next year I started leasing my first horse Goldie with my friend Aimy who leased a horse named Sassy. Goldie was a 14 year old palomino quarter horse mare and I loved her! As my riding progressed I started riding a 6 year old red dun gelding quarter horse named Red, I learnt a lot on him and taught him a lot to, he was the first horse I started jumping with. The winter of 2003 Aimy, Brittany and I worked each day at the stables mucking out stalls but not riding. In the spring a man named Dana offered me his horse to ride because his daughter was growing out of horses but he still wanted to keep him. He was a sorrel quarter horse gelding named Tacky and he is the wonderful horse I am currently riding!
